| Gorgeous Hadas Yaron after getting the award |
I was planning the second post in my very new blog will be
about New York Fashion Week of course. But then I found out that an amazing
thing happened – a young anonymous Israeli actress named Hadas Yaron
just won the Best Actress Award in the Venice Film Festival!!! Yaron plays in Rama
Burstein’s film Fill the Void (Lemale Et Ha’Chalal), which I
did not watch yet but I am looking forward to do so. Just so you understand how
big it is I will mention that the Best Actor Award of the festival was granted
this year to Philip Seymour Hoffman and Joaquin Phoenix
for their part in the film The Master by my favorite
director in the world Paul Thomas Anderson (!!!) (USA).

תכננתי שהפוסט השני בבלוג הממש חדש שלי יהיה על שבוע האופנה בניו יורק
כמובן. אבל אז גיליתי שקרה דבר מדהים ממש היום – שחקנית ישראלית צעירה ודיי
אנונימית בשם הדס ירון זכתה בפרס השחקנית הטובה ביותר בפסטיבל הקולנוע
בונציה!!! ירון משחקת בסרטה של רמה בורשטיין למלא את החלל, שעדיין
לא צפיתי בו ואני מחכה בקוצר רוח לעשות זאת. רק שתבינו כמה גדולה הזכייה הזאת
אציין כי את פרס השחקן הטוב ביותר בפסטיבל קטפו חואקין פיניקס ופיליפ
סימור הופמן על תפקידם בסרטו החדש של הבמאי האהוב עליי ביותר בכל העולם
פול תומס אנדרסון, The Master.
